About Us

The Artist 

The illustrations in this store have all been taken from the LET’S MEDITATE series of meditation guides. 

The talent behind the illustrations is the incredible Brazilian artist Thaís Suizo. 

Thaís started drawing when she was only 3 years old and  later, as an adult, discovered a great passion for watercolor. 

For Thaís, art is a bridge to inner essence, and she sees her work as an illustrator as a way to bring beauty to the world. 

She is a devoted mother of two teenage daughters and two kittens,  

Thaís is currently 46 years old and lives in Penápolis, a small town in the interior of São Paulo State, Brazil.  

She holds degrees in Fashion Design and Psychology, and practices meditation to connect with her deepest self and bring even more life and beauty to her illustrations. 

 

The Series 

The LET’S MEDIATE series is a collection of short guides to help people ease safely into the practice of meditation.  

Each book presents a page of information followed by one of Thaís‘s beautiful illustrations. This makes the entry into the mysterious world of energy and meditation as gentle and enjoyable as possible. 

So far there are 3 books in the series. Book One: Let’s Get Started, Book Two: 24 Ways to Calm the Monkey Mind, and Book Three: Energy and the Chakra System.

The Store 

David’s Meditation Graphics was born from a simple belief: art can be a gateway to stillness. In a world that moves fast and feels loud, we create visual experiences that invite calm, presence, and mindful reflection.
